Introducing Chilly Charly. Charly is all snuggly warm in his Coat, hat and mittens. He is my own creation and will come signed and dated by me. His eyes and mouth have been hand stitched. He has been covered in mica flakes to give him the perfect sparkle. Charly is 21 inches tall. He is holding a sparkly candy cane covered in mica flakes. Chilly Charly will arrive carefully packaged and he comes from a smoke free home.
